Edita Berger, an experienced lay teacher, will give a talk about the important buddhist practices called the Six Liberating Actions (Paramitas). These paramitas - generosity, conduct, patience, joyful effort, meditation and wisdom -are areas of selfless activity that we can cultivate. Done with the desire to benefit all beings they can liberate us from ego and allow the energy to flow from our buddha-nature within.
