The Crowborough group |
Welcome to the Crowborough meditation group.
We offer regular guided meditation evenings that include a short introduction to Buddhism for newcomers. All are welcome and there is no charge for coming along.
As well as holding regular meditation evenings we shall be organising frequent lectures and meditation courses in the future.
