Introductory talk, 16th Karmapa meditation

Suitable for those who are new to Buddhism or wish to learn more. Each session starts with a 15-minute talk on a key Buddhist topic, given by an experienced Buddhist practitioner, and a chance for questions and answers. This is followed by a guided 16th Karmapa Meditation.
