The York Group |

We are a small and friendly group. We meet once a week on Saturdays at 1pm
in Clementhorpe Community Centre, on Lower Ebor Street, ten minutes walking distance from
the Railway Station. Each week we give a short talk on a Buddhist topic and are always able to give an introduction to Buddhism and how to meditate. Please give us a call beforehand if you would like to join us. We have some Buddhist books and a selection of meditation booklets. Newcomers are always welcome. All this is free.

Introduction and 16th Karmapa guided meditation: for people who are new to Buddhism as well as those who have been practicing for many years. There is plenty of time to answer any questions you may have. The sessions are free. |
