Northern retreat
This April we will be holding this years Northern retreat in the heart of bonnie Scotland.
We have booked a lovely Victorian residance in the town of Moffat which nestles at the foot of the Southern uplands.

How much will it cost?
£55 & £45 (unwaged) including home cooked food, accommodation and
teachings. The teachings will be given by a selection of our Finest UK travelling teachers. Full details will be posted as soon as the teachers have been confirmed.
How to get there
By car:
The best route from the south would be to take the A74(M) which follows on from the M6. Use theAA.com to find a route.
By Train:
The nearest railway station is Lockerbie which is 16 miles away.
We will be operating a shuttle service from the station and further details about who to contact will be posted soon.
By Air:
The nearest airport is Glasgow.
What do you need to bring?
Yourself, a comfortable cushion and a sleeping bag.

Please note that this retreat is open to all newcomers. It is a perfect opportunity to find out what Buddhism is about, learn how to meditate, ask questions and, of course, to make new friends.
